37-unit community in Clarksville joins 19 other Tennessee properties under firm’s management.

FOURMIDABLE, a national real estate property management and brokerage firm currently managing 19 communities throughout Tennessee, is pleased to announce the opening of Old Oak Plains, its newest community in Clarksville.

Old Oak Plains offers residents 37 three bedroom/two bath homes. The newly constructed, community features fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers and in-unit washers and dryers. The community will also offer residents a basketball court and playground.

Old Oak Plains is being developed in cooperation with the Tennessee Housing Development Agency under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program.

The first residents moved into their beautiful new homes in June. Applications are being accepted online at www.oldoakplains.com. Rental rates for Old Oak Plains range from $842 to $1038 a month. There are income limitations for residential applicants based on the area median income, but no direct rent subsidies are offered at the community.
